As Owner of Ruckhouse athletics, Chris brings a family element to the gym. Chris is a proud husband and father who is driven by helping others. You could say his family-first attitude is his best quality, but many of his clients will tell you he is inspiring and will push you to the next level.

Chris has a passion for helping his Ruckhouse family, the Rochester community and beyond. As Lulu Lemon Ambassador he has been able to bring together the Rochester community to share his knowledge of health and wellness.

Chris is someone who will greet you with a smile at the door and push you to your limit in the gym. We are happy to have him as a Ruckhouse leader.
