The Ruck “Open” House is Saturday, October 17. Four classes, free, walk in. After that it is the Holiday Lip Sync Battle on December 12, plus a winter’s worth of races the crew is already signed up for.
DEKA at Ruckhouse: September 12 recap
We turned the lot into a ten-zone DEKA course and ran heats all day: two-person teams, adult ruck, and individuals, from teenagers to grandparents. Ruckhouse is a DEKA Affiliate, so these are official events with real judges and real medals. The full gallery and how the format works are on the DEKA events page.
